This will be the first time that a non-Filipino titleholder of The Miss Globe pageant will come to Manila during the course of her reign under the international organization.

And although details of her visit to the Philippines have not been released as of this writing, the image that the international pageant organization posted on social media showed the Araneta City in Quezon City used as the background.

The emblem of the Binibining Pilipinas pageant was also seen on the image posted, and the national organization’s account was tagged in the social media post.

Bb. Pilipinas Charities Inc. holds the Philippine franchise of The Miss Globe. It started sending the country’s delegates to the current iteration of the international pageant in 2015, with Anne Colis taking home the crown.

Colis’ feat was duplicated by Maureen Montagne in 2021, while several other Bb. Pilipinas queens landed runner-up placements in the competition.

Last year’s representative Jasmin Bungay was proclaimed as second runner-up, sustaining the Philippines’ placement streak to 10 years.
